Collect with context.
Discover public agency documents. Record their source URLs, publishing jurisdiction, retrieval metadata, and cryptographic fingerprints.
AN OPEN REFERENCE INITIATIVE BY KENSHIKI LABS
Document intelligence starts with knowing what you’re looking at.
A traceable reference foundation for identity documents across all 51 U.S. jurisdictions. Public sources. Open methods. Evidence you can inspect.

50 states and the District of Columbia. Explore the discovery sources behind the collection and see exactly where review stands.
Download the public indexSOURCE RECORD
Source records and counts will appear when the public index is available. An unavailable index does not establish a coverage gap.
A transparent starting point. Source counts track discovery, not coverage of every active card design. Discovery jurisdiction, publishing jurisdiction, and depicted credentials may differ. Some sources are quarantined as irrelevant. No extracted cohort has been accepted for runtime verification.
COLLECTION SNAPSHOT02 / THE METHOD
Extraction is the beginning. Provenance, explicit uncertainty, and review turn an image into evidence.
Discover public agency documents. Record their source URLs, publishing jurisdiction, retrieval metadata, and cryptographic fingerprints.
Preserve native images, text, vector references and their placements. Associate design-specific source statements and leave uncertain relationships for review.
Review depicted jurisdiction, document family, design generation, and geometry. Keep uncertain observations out of accepted cohorts.
Sourced topology and tested computations can be published directly. ID-1 normalization supplies nominal coordinates. A claimed measurement tolerance or detection rate needs its own supporting evidence; physical-card collection is not a prerequisite for publishing the reference catalog.
OPEN FOUNDATIONS. RESPONSIBLE ACCESS.
Useful infrastructure should make its assumptions inspectable. Cadastre publishes its collection code, schema contracts, and source index. Materials that could enable document replication belong behind accountable access.
