Cadastre is a Kenshiki Labs research initiative. This notice describes information submitted through the research access application.
What we collect
The application collects your name, work email, legal organization name, registration identifier and jurisdiction, organization domain, intended use, and access-policy attestation. The service creates request identifiers, a domain-control challenge, a claim token, and review and access records. Service infrastructure may process request metadata for operation and security.
Why we collect it
We use this information to verify domain control, review the organization and your authority, assess legitimate research use, manage access, and maintain an audit trail. Submitting a request does not create an approval or guarantee access.
Public and restricted information
Application information and claim tokens are not part of the public source catalog. Public catalog records describe source documents and collection status. Claim tokens should be kept private. Restricted research deliveries may include attribution receipts for audit purposes.
Processing and retention
The application is hosted using Cloudflare infrastructure. Request and review records are stored to administer and audit access. This initial research service does not promise an automated deletion schedule. Do not submit identity-document images, personal license numbers, or information about people you are verifying through this form.
Your requests
For questions, corrections, withdrawal, or deletion requests, contact the project maintainers through the Cadastre repository. Share only the request ID in a public issue; do not post claim tokens or personal application details. A maintainer can arrange an appropriate channel.
Public website
The public pages use self-hosted fonts and site assets. They do not require an account to browse the public source index. The access form sends your application to this site’s access API.
